Ordering custom fabric wristbands

Two ways to put your artwork on a fabric band, and the right one depends entirely on your design.

Lead time — read this before you order

Custom fabric wristbands take 10–15 business days to produce, plus shipping time. That is production only; it does not include artwork approval, which usually adds a few days at the start.

Working back from your event: if you are inside about four weeks, call us before you order so we can tell you honestly whether it will land in time. If it will not, our in-stock cloth wristbands ship the same day.

Custom wristband FAQs

How long do custom cloth wristbands take?

10–15 business days for production, plus shipping. Add a few days at the front for artwork proofing.

What artwork do you need from me?

Vector artwork is best — AI, EPS or PDF. Send what you have and we will tell you if it will work. For woven bands we will also need your PMS colors, or we can match from your file.

Can custom wristbands be printed on both sides?

On dye-sublimated bands, yes. Woven bands are single-sided by nature of how they are made.

Can I add numbering or RFID to a custom order?

Yes to both, along with barcoding. These affect price and sometimes lead time, so mention them when you request a quote.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom wristbands?

It varies by style and options. Call (949) 716-5852 or request a quote with your quantity and we will give you a real number.

Can I see a sample before committing?

Yes. Ask when you call — for larger orders we can usually get a physical sample in your hands before you approve production.
