2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders due to suspected fraud

Payment must be received in full before production or shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Custom Printed Products

Due to the nature of custom event credentials, wristbands, lanyards, badges, and printed materials:

  • All custom printed products are final sale once approved for production.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing artwork proofs carefully before approval.

  • Approval of artwork constitutes acceptance of spelling, layout, colors, and design.

Backstage Supplies is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Returns or refunds for custom products will only be considered in cases of verified manufacturing defects or print errors caused by us.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated production and shipping times are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather delays

  • Customs delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns must be approved prior to shipment.

Non-custom, unused products may be eligible for return within [Insert Days] days of receipt.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Custom printed products are non-refundable unless defective.

is the property of Backstage Supplies and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any logos, trademarks, or artwork submitted for custom printing.

By submitting artwork, you represent that you have the legal right to use and reproduce such materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law:

Backstage Supplies shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Lost profits

  • Event cancellation losses

  • Delays beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Backstage Supplies from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Misuse of products

  • Unauthorized artwork submission

  • Violation of intellectual property rights

  • Breach of these Terms
